Registration and Information Desk

The registration and information desk will be open during the whole conference as follows:

Opening hours:

Thursday, 19 May: 08.00-19.00hrs
Friday, 20 May: 08.00-17.00hrs

Lost and Found

For lost and found personal belongings, please contact the Information desk.

First Aid

In case of emergency, please contact the Information Desk.

Name Badge

Your personal badge is your entrance ticket to all sessions and the exhibition. Please, remember to wear your badge at the conference center and the social events. If you lose your badge, a new one can be purchased against proof of your original registration, at a cost of 4.00 Euros.

Coffee Breaks

Coffee/tea are included in the registration fee and will be served daily in the exhibition area situated on the ground floor of the Bruges Meeting and Convention Center.

Lunch

Lunch is included in the registration free. A walking lunch will be served daily in between the industry exhibition area situated on the ground floor of the Bruges Meeting and Convention Center.

Congress Dinner

Will be organised on the top floor of the Bruges Meeting and Convention Center.
