Registration Fees

The following fees (including 21 % VAT) are valid for all registrations:

Early bird fees (before 3 May 2022)

1 day registration

• BVOT -Sorbcot: 250 Euro
• Non-Member: 500 Euro
• Resident and Fellows' fee: 140 Euro

2 days registration

• BVOT -Sorbcot: 440 Euro
• Non-Member: 500 Euro
• Resident and Fellows' fee: 180 Euro

Late fees (after 3 May 2022)

1 day registration

• BVOT -Sorbcot: 300 Euro
• Non-Member: 550 Euro
• Resident and Fellows' fee: 140 Euro

2 days registration

• BVOT -Sorbcot: 490 Euro
• Non-Member: 550 Euro
• Resident and Fellows' fee: 180 Euro

Congress Dinner on Thursday 19 May 2022

• Congress dinner ticket: 100 Euro

Payment of the total amount. 

Please note your registration will not be confirmed until your full payment has been received.

Cancellation fees

Cancellation of participation:

• All cancellations must be made in writing to BVOT@semico.be or by fax: +32 9 233 85 97.
• For cancellations received by 10 April 2022, there will be reimbursement of 100% of the fees paid.
• For cancellations received by 20 April 2022, 50% of the fees will be reimbursed.
• No reimbursements will be made for cancellations received after 30 April 2022.
• Please note that there will be no refund for no-shows.
